Stamppress is a fitness motivation app that rewards users with collectible digital stamps for completing workouts. The service includes tracking workout frequency, collecting themed stamps, and achieving milestones.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the app, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use

In-App Purchases
Some features may require payment. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Prices may change without notice. You are responsible for any charges incurred on your account.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stamppress and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any fitness advice or health outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stamppress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
